I was charged for a 500ml bottle of Pepsi Max that I didn't receive but I did receive my can of diet pepsi for my 3 in 1 pizza deal.

Booked a slot for 7"20.. Delivery arrived 6"10.. guy said he would take it back ..didn't want a reheated meal being sent back out so decided to take it ..driver said he would say to them about checking delivery times ..food was brill though

Click & collect. Ordered fried rice & given boiled rice. Naan bread was flat as if just heated in an oven. Ordered many times before & meals have been great. Wasn’t busy when I collected, so don’t know what happened here. Hoping this was a one off.

Food was good but ordered and asked for it to be delivered for 7:20pm and it arrived at 6:30pm! Luckily I had just got home!

My husband ordered Jalfresi but couldn't eat it as it was really spicy a he could taste was spice. We usually enjoy Alis food but tonight's was awful

Very happy with the meals but I still think there should be more sauce on the kebab as well as the extra portions other than that all great food lovely

Always order from Ali's, totally in love with there meat feast pizzas and calazones, have tried a lot off the menu over the years and highly recommend there food, and the delivery driver is always very polite not like some so can't fault anything with these guys, will always be ordering again x

My fish and chips where lovely but I ordered a large kebab also,but when I received it it looked more like a small one with no sauce on it but did get my extra sauce, there for the kebab was very dry, Sorry just wasn't happy with that other wise every thing else was great

Phoned at 18.15 told 40min delivery that was fine ,phoned at 19.50 told that just left shop 😳 😑 phoned again to be told delivery guy had pressed buzzer and phoned (not) that they would delivery again 🙄 waiting at window for car drives passed my close and goes two closes down from my address 🙄 then sees me waiting ,no apologies, and takeaway cold 🥶.

Never complained about this place before but was not impressed with my pizza. It was like eating bread with some melted cheese on top. Perhaps next time I will need to ask them to bake it a bit longer.
