I've ordered many times from here and there is so many food places on my road. This is by far value for money. Can't recommend enough.

The lamb bhuna and rice was perfect The chicken pakora was stringy tasted like a completely different pakora from you usual very disappointed The paratha bread and chapati looked like the same thing both where stuck to the brown bags Got to say hope this was just a bad night as normally quality assured hope you're not using cheaper products to save money Hugh McIntosh

Really disappointed tonight. Ordered on app at 6pm. Phoned at 7.10pm as still hadn’t arrived. Driver arrived at 7.20pm but part of order was missing. Driver said they would return asap. Opened rest of order and it was stone cold. Phoned shop and listened to conversation between the girl that answered and someone in shop who basically said “Tell her to package it up and we will resend order” Asked how long it would be told it would be sent out with next driver. Re-order finally arrived at 8pm (2 HOURS AFTER ORIGINAL ORDER). Would have let it go but no apology, no offer of discount or compensation. Really poor customer service in my opinion. Felt sorry for girls on the phone who have to explain issues to the customer. Sorry Alis won’t be back and have used you for a long time :(

I was charged for a 500ml bottle of Pepsi Max that I didn't receive but I did receive my can of diet pepsi for my 3 in 1 pizza deal.

Booked a slot for 7"20.. Delivery arrived 6"10.. guy said he would take it back ..didn't want a reheated meal being sent back out so decided to take it ..driver said he would say to them about checking delivery times ..food was brill though

Click & collect. Ordered fried rice & given boiled rice. Naan bread was flat as if just heated in an oven. Ordered many times before & meals have been great. Wasn’t busy when I collected, so don’t know what happened here. Hoping this was a one off.
